Timelines and cost depend entirely on the size of the build, and we'll be straight with you about both before you commit. You can either own the software outright for an agreed price, or pay monthly and we'll keep maintaining and developing it as your business changes. If you've already got a system someone else built — and you're stuck with it, or whoever built it has disappeared — we can take it over rather than starting again.

How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the size of the build — a single internal tool is a very different job from a full platform. We'll talk through what you need, scope it properly, and give you a straight figure before you commit to anything. No vague estimates that double halfway through.
How long does it take?
Again, it depends on scale. A focused tool can be weeks; a larger platform runs longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront rather than an optimistic one, and keep you updated as it's built.
Do I own the software?
That's your choice. You can pay an agreed price and own it outright, or pay monthly and we'll keep maintaining and developing it for you. On the monthly option, the software runs while your subscription is active — if you stop, access stops. We agree which route suits you before we start, so there are no surprises.
What if I need changes after it's launched?
Software should evolve with your business. On the monthly option, ongoing changes and improvements are part of it. If you've bought outright, we can handle changes as separate work whenever you need them.
Can you take over software someone else built?
Yes. If you've inherited a system, or the developer who built it has moved on, we can take it over, get it stable, and carry on improving it. Sometimes that's the sensible route; sometimes a rebuild works out better — we'll tell you honestly which we think it is.
