The client
MMA Legal are a Stockport-based law firm acting exclusively for claimants. Their work covers catastrophic injury, road traffic accidents, data breach claims and institutional abuse — serious, complex cases where the stakes for the client are high. They’re recommended in the Legal 500 and work on a no-win, no-fee basis.
The brief
They needed a website that matched the standard of the practice. In law, and particularly in serious claimant work, the website is often the first impression a potential client gets — and it has to communicate competence and credibility before anyone picks up the phone. The previous site wasn’t doing that job.
What we built
A multi-page site organised around the firm’s areas of expertise, so someone with a specific type of claim can quickly find the work that matches their situation rather than reading generic legal copy. Clear routes to make contact run throughout, reflecting how their enquiries actually arrive — often at a point where someone wants a confidential conversation quickly.
The design is deliberately restrained. For a firm handling this kind of work, credibility comes from looking assured rather than attention-grabbing, and the site reads clearly on a phone as well as a desktop.
The outcome
The firm now has a site that presents them as the specialist practice they are, with a clear, professional route from someone finding them to getting in touch. The client was pleased with the result.
